Microwave Sweet Potatoes
Microwave Sweet Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. pancake syrup, 4 sweet potatoes and 1/2 c. presweetened cereal, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel and cut sweet potatoes in pieces and arrange in 8 or 9-inch Pyrex
Cut butter in pieces and dot potatoes. Drizzle syrup over potatoes and top with cereal.
Bake on High for 4 minutes. Turn and bake for 4 more minutes.
Turn dish and bake for 2 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
