Microwave Snack Cake
Microwave Snack Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix flour, cocoa, soda and salt in a 9-inch square microwave-safe pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure. Stir into flour mixture until well blended.
Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn twice until pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes on flat surface. Moist spots will dry.
Then place on wire rack.
Serve warm.
