Microwave Rice Pudding
Microwave Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 1/2 c. instant rice, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. raisins and dash of nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a 1-quart glass casserole, combine all ingredients.
Heat, uncovered, in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
Rotate.
Heat for 3 minutes.
Heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
Heat for last 1 1/2 minutes and stir.
Place in desired bowls; cool and serve.
