Microwave Rhubarb Dessert
Microwave Rhubarb Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced rhubarb, 1/4 c. water (none if using frozen rhubarb), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. strawberry jello and jiffy yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put rhubarb in 8 x 8-inch dish. Sprinkle sugar and dry jello over rhubarb.
Then dry cake mix.
Dribble melted butter on top. Cover with Saran Wrap and bake
15 minutes on High in microwave. Rotate dish midway.
Remove Saran Wrap when done baking.
Cover with waxed paper to cool.
