Microwave Reuben Meat Loaf
Microwave Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, 1 (12 oz.) corned beef, chopped, 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first 7 ingredients together, using only 1/4 cup tomato soup.
Place in glass baking dish with glass in center.
Mix sauerkraut and 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese.
Press into meat center about 1 inch.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on medium-high 18 minutes.
Let stand for 5-6 minutes.
Combine leftover tomato soup and horseradish.
Spread over Reuben loaf and cook on medium-high for 6-8 minutes.
Place cheese triangles on top.
Heat for 2-3 minutes, until cheese melts.
