Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes, 1 can cream of potato soup, 1/2 c. soup cream and 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine potatoes, soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup of the cheese in 1 3/4-quart shallow microproof casserole; blend well.
