Mix together well the first 5 ingredients.
Pour in a greased microwave pan. Bake 7 to 9 minutes on High. As soon as it's finished, dot top with the Marshmallow Crème.
Put in microwave for 1 minute. Spread evenly over cake.
Spread on Chocolate Icing.
