Microwave Meringue
Microwave Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy.
Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating with an electric mixer.
Continue beating until the meringue is very stiff and glossy.
Spread meringue over warm, cooked pie filling, sealing at edge of crust.
Microwave on Low for 4 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
