Microwave Meatball Soup
Microwave Meatball Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, 1/2 c. water, 1 small onion, diced, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine tomatoes, water, onion, garlic, chilies, chili powder, salt, marjoram and pepper in a 2-quart microwaveproof bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook on High for 5 minutes.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Blend well. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Drop meatballs into soup.
Cook on High for 11 to 13 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer red, stirring after 5 minutes.
Let stand five minutes before serving.
