Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ghirardelli semi-sweet chips, 1/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. half and half and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup or serving pitcher.
Microwave on Medium about 4 minutes or until mixture just starts to boil, stirring once during cooking time. Stir to combine ingredients to a smooth sauce.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Refrigerate leftover sauce and reheat in microwave on Medium as needed.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
