Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, dash of salt and 1/2 c. water (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix dry ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Stir in water. Cook in microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes halfway through the cooking time.
Stir well.
When finished cooking, blend in oleo. Cook in microwave on High for 30 seconds more.
Blend in vanilla thoroughly.
Serve.
