Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk, 4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, in small pieces and 2 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugar and cream in a 4 cup measure.
Cook on High 4 minutes or until mixture boils.
Add chocolate and butter.
Stir to blend.
Cook 1 minute on High.
Add some of mixture to beaten egg yolks.
Stir egg mixture into remaining chocolate mixture. Cook on Medium 2 minutes.
Whisk in vanilla.
Store covered in refrigerator.
Reheat at Medium 30 seconds or more.
