Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce
Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, dash of salt and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix dry ingredients in a 1-quart casserole.
Stir in water and butter, using water at room temperature.
Cook in microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
(This will get quite thick.)
Remove from microwave stirring thoroughly.
Blend in vanilla.
