Microwave Garlicy Potatoes
Microwave Garlicy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. small new potatoes, scrubbed and patted dry, 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt and freshly ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart dish.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat potatoes.
Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap.
Cook on High for 10 minutes in a 600 to 700 watt oven or 15 minutes in a 400 to 500 watt oven, shaking dish to redistribute potatoes.
Potatoes are done when the tip of a small knife easily pierces the potato in the center.
Serves 4 as a side dish.
