Microwave Fudge
Microwave Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 sticks margarine (do not use whipped), 1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz. size), 2 c. miniature marshmallows (or 2 handfuls) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Put sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in microwaveproof dish (a casserole, 1 1/2-quart, with a lid).
Cover and microwave on Roast for 10 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Recover and put back in microwave and cook an additional 5 minutes on Roast.
Remove from microwave and stir in marshmallows, vanilla and chocolate chips or peanut butter.
Stir until all melted.
