Microwave Fudge
Microwave Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 2/3 c. cocoa, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a microwave-safe dish, combine sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla.
Add margarine to center of dish.
Microwave on High until melted.
