Microwave Fudge
Microwave Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 16 big marshmallows, cut in half and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a 2-quart bowl.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High or until the marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil.
Stir; reduce setting to simmer (50 percent) and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely.
Stir in chips, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Spread in an 8 x 8-inch buttered dish. Cool and cut in 1-inch squares.
