Microwave Fries
Microwave Fries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. vegetable oil and 1 large potato, quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place a sheet of Reynolds microwave wrap on a microwave safe plate, set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix garlic salt, paprika, pepper and oil.
Cut each potato quarter into 4 or 5 thin wedges. Toss potato wedges in spice mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange potato wedges, cut side down, on microwave cooking paper. Sprinkle potato wedges with parmesan cheese.
Microwave at high for 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating dish once.
Let stand 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
