Microwave Fantasy Fudge
Microwave Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (i use 6 oz. chocolate chips and 6 oz. peanut butter chips) and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in 2-quart glass bowl. Microwave on High until candy mixture boils.
Clip on microwave-safe candy thermometer.
Microwave on High until mixture reaches 236Β°.
Stir in chips until smooth.
Blend in marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased (Pam) 12 x 8-inch pan; cool.
Fudge will be firm, but soft.
