Microwave Fantastic Fudge
Microwave Fantastic Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. evaporated milk or light cream, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 16 marshmallows, cut in half and 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In two quart batter bowl, combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar and marshmallows.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High or until marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil.
Reduce setting.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on 6 or until mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely.
Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Spread in buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Cut into one-inch squares.
Yields 64 pieces.
