Microwave Creamy Chicken
Microwave Creamy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium chicken breasts, 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend soup, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
Place chicken breasts into casserole dish and pour mixture over them.
Place plastic wrap over dish and cook in microwave for 10 minutes.
Turn and cook 10 minutes more or until done.
Blend in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
