Microwave Creamy Beef-Cheese Dip
Microwave Creamy Beef-Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, finely chopped, 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts, 1/4 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place unwrapped block of cream cheese in a 1-quart glass casserole.
Microwave on High 45 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is softened. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
Cover and microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir. Microwave on Medium an additional 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Serve with chips, toast rounds or crackers.
Yields 2 cups.
