Microwave Cream Pie Filling
Microwave Cream Pie Filling is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. milk or 3/4 c. evaporated milk and 3/4 c. whole milk, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix egg yolks and milk with a whisk.
Fluff up good.
Mix dry ingredients together, then add to egg mixture.
Cook in microwave on Full power for 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir at 2 minute intervals until thickened.
When finished, add margarine and vanilla. Makes 1 (9-inch) or 2 (8-inch) pies.
