Microwave Cracker Jacks
Microwave Cracker Jacks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 qt. popped corn, 1 1/2 c. peanuts (optional), 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. dark brown sugar and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place corn (and peanuts) in large, brown grocery bag*.
Combine brown sugars, margarine, syrup and salt in 2-quart glass bowl or measuring cup.
Microwave on High for 4 minutes, stirring after every minute.
Then microwave additional 2 minutes on High.
Stir in baking soda.
Pour syrup mixture over popped corn.
Close bag and shake well.
Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Shake good and cook 1 more minute.
Pour into Pam-sprayed roaster.
Stir and cool.
