Microwave Corn Pudding

In a bowl beat egg, sugar, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
Add corn and milk, blended together.
Put into a buttered baking dish. Cook uncovered in center of oven for 5 minutes.
Stir well from outside in.
Cook 5 minutes more or until set.
Let stand covered 3 more minutes.
Serves 4.
