Microwave Clam Chowder
Microwave Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. melted butter, 2 potatoes, cubed thin, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can clams and 1 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place butter and onions alone for 2 minutes on High.
Cook covered.
Add potatoes; cook on High 5 minutes.
Add clams with juice and can of water.
Cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Next day cook in microwave to 160Β°, then add half and half (8 ounces).
Eat and enjoy.
