Microwave Chocolate Pie
Microwave Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks and 1 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix in large bowl the flour, cocoa and sugar (dry ingredients). In small bowl, beat 2 egg yolks.
Add milk (both Pet and regular). Beat milk mixture with dry ingredients in large microwave bowl. Add 1 tablespoon white Karo syrup, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat with mixer.
Put in microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
When it thickens, remove and beat 2 more minutes.
(Microwaves may vary in time.)
Pour in prepared crust.
