Microwave Chocolate Fudge
Microwave Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.) and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes.
Prepare an oblong cake pan by buttering sides and bottom.
When done, take from microwave and beat until smooth.

Cut, but keep fudge in refrigerator in an airtight container.
