Microwave Chocolate Candy
Microwave Chocolate Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with foil.
Sift together sugar and cocoa into a 2-quart baking dish.
Add milk and butter; do not stir.
Place in microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter just melts.
Add vanilla.
Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
Turn fudge into aluminum foil lined pan.
Smooth top.
Place in freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
