Microwave Chili
Microwave Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, diced, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 (16 oz.) can chili style or cut up whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crumble ground beef in two-quart casserole.
Add the onion and green pepper.
Cover with glass lid.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes; stir and microwave on High for another 4 minutes or until meat is browned.
Drain and stir in the remaining ingredients. Re-cover casserole dish.
Microwave on Medium-high for 22 minutes. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
