Microwave Chili
Microwave Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in 3-quart casserole.
Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
Drain off excess fat.

Microwave on High for 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir after cooking.
