Microwave Chicken Casserole
Microwave Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) can white chicken, 1 can onion rings, 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. minute rice and 1 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In mixing bowl, break up chicken into small pieces.
Add soup, water and rice.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 of the onion rings in an 8-inch Corning dish.
Pour chicken mixture over onions.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes (covered).
Let stand 2 minutes.
Add remaining onion rings on top and microwave uncovered for 2 more minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with cranberry sauce.
