Microwave Cheese Fudge
Microwave Cheese Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 8 oz. velveeta cheese, chopped, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 (2 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar and 1/2 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt butter and cheese together in microwave-safe dish in microwave.
Stir in vanilla.
Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together; add to cheese mixture gradually, mixing well after each addition.
