Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 6 qt. popped corn, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda, 1 stick margarine and 1/4 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put popped corn in a large paper bag.
In a 4-cup microwave-safe measure, mix rest of ingredients, except soda. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Stir in the soda.
Pour mixture over corn in sack.
Microwave on High for 90 seconds.
Shake. Microwave another 90 seconds; shake.
Microwave for 40 seconds; shake.
Tear sack open; stir until cool.
Store in airtight container.
