Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 4 qt. popped popcorn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring to boil in glass bowl the sugar, margarine and salt. When it begins to boil, then boil for 2 minutes on Full power. Remove and add baking soda.
Pour over popcorn that has been put in a paper bag sprayed with Pam.
Shake up and put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove and shake.
Put back in for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove and shake, then pour on waxed paper.
Let cool.
