Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. karo corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
Cook on High for 3 minutes; stir.
Cook on High for 2 minutes.
Stir in baking soda. Place popped corn in brown paper grocery bag (large).
Pour mixture over popped corn; shake.
Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes and shake.
Cook again for another 1 1/2 minutes and shake again. Pour into bowl; let cool.
Break up.
