Microwave Candy Bar Fudge
Microwave Candy Bar Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. milk and 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Line a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan with foil, extending over edges.
In a microsafe bowl, cook butter, uncovered, on High for 2 minutes. Stir in cocoa, brown sugar and milk; cook on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until it comes to a boil.
Cook an additional minute. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread in pan.
