Microwave Bread Pudding
Microwave Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter, 5 c. day old bread cubes, 1/4 to 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped and 1/2 c. seedless raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Scald milk and butter over low heat.
Mix bread cubes, raisins and nuts in an 8-inch glass baking dish.
Beat together milk mixture, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour over bread. Microwave on Bake-7 (Medium) for 12 to 14 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Yield
One 8 x 8-inch dish.
