Microwave Bread Pudding
Microwave Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 slices bread, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 c. raisins, apple and 1/4 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Spread bread crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly with dry ingredients. Peel apple; cut into bite size pieces.
Add to bread.
Measure milk into 1-quart measuring cup.
Add butter.
Microwave on High 4 minutes.
Stir eggs into milk.
Add vanilla, cinnamon and sugar to taste.
Taste for flavor of eggnog.
Pour mixture over bread and apples.
Mix up and microwave for 9 to 12 minutes.
