Microwave Beef Stew
Microwave Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless beef, cut into 1 inch cubes, 2 c. water, divided, 1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix, 4 medium thinly sliced carrots and 2 potatoes, in 1 inch cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 4 quart casserole, combine beef, 1/2 cup water, soup mix, carrots, potatoes leaf. Cover with glass lid. Cook at High for 8 minutes

Occasionally. Stir in peas. Blend and remaining water until smooth. Stir into stew. Cook at
High 4 to 5 minutes or until stew is thickened, stir once.
