Microwave Beef Jerky
Microwave Beef Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. meat, cut in strips (top round roast is best), 1 tsp. accent (flavor enhancer), 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 1/2 tsp. season-all salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients and put in a large bowl.
Add meat strips; let set overnight.
Drain and put on paper towels.
Lay on microwave bacon tray.
Cook on High 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
