Microwave Banana Pudding
Microwave Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, cornstarch, 3 c. milk, dash of salt and 2 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Microwave sugar, cornstarch, 3 cups milk and salt on High; stirring
3 minutes, until it starts to thicken. Add beaten egg yolks, butter, vanilla and 1 cup milk. Continue to microwave on High, stirring every 3 minutes, for approximately 9 to 12 minutes.
Remove from microwave and add sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.
Vanilla wafers and place on top of mixture.
