Microwave Apple Crisp
Microwave Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. peeled, cored, sliced cooking apples, 2/3 c. quick cooking oats, 1/3 c. unsifted flour, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place apple slices in an 8 x 8-inch (or 2-quart) glass baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, except butter, in medium mixing bowl.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples. Microwave for 12 to 16 minutes on High or until apples are tender. Do not cover.
