Michigan Chilies Rellenos
Michigan Chilies Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. yogurt, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded and 3 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 2 individual 2-cup casseroles. Combine yogurt, egg and flour; mix until smooth.
Combine cheese in another bowl.
Into each casserole place 1 ounce of cheese mixture. Top with 1/2 of chilies.
Sprinkle 1 ounce of cheese mix in each. Pour 1/2 yogurt mix in.
Add 1/2 tomato sauce.
Top with remaining cheese mix.
Bake at 350° until puffed and edges lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
Turn out on plate.
Circle with shredded lettuce and taco chips.
Serves 2.
