Mexitalian Lasagna
Mexitalian Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can chili (no beans), 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, drained, 1 small can mushrooms, 3/4 c. grated parmesan and 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Mix cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
Layer noodles, cottage cheese, chili and Mozzarella.
Repeat to make 3 layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
