Mexitalian Lasagna
Mexitalian Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), 1 (16 oz.) jar mexican salsa, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl, combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
In small bowl, stir together cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
In a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, layer the noodles, cottage cheese, chili mixture and Mozzarella cheese until there are 3 layers.
After it has cooked, let stand 10 minutes.
