Mexicana Layered Dip
Mexicana Layered Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans refried beans, 1 lb. cubed velveeta cheese, 1/2 c. green onions, chopped, 1 tsp. cumin and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix beans, cheese, 4 tablespoons of onions and seasonings in saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts.
Pour into a 9 x 13 glass dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream, tomatoes and remaining onions.
Serve with tortilla chips.
