Mexican Wedding Cookies
Mexican Wedding Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 3/4 c. sifted flour, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in vanilla, flour and nuts. Makes very stiff dough.
Use a drop of milk, if needed.
Chill. Shape in small balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350Β° for approximately 20 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
