Mexican Wedding Cookies
Mexican Wedding Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, softened, 2 c. all purpose flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
With electric mixer, beat butter and 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
Combine flour, salt and nuts; stir into sugar mixture.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes until lightly brown.
While hot, roll in reserved powdered sugar (1-1/2 cups).
Cool on a rack, and then roll again in powdered sugar to coat.
Cinnamon may also be added to the coating.
Makes at least 4 dozen cookies.
