Mexican Vermicelli
Mexican Vermicelli is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. vermicelli pasta, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Break pasta into 1-inch pieces and boil in salted water just until tender.
Brown ground beef in skillet.
When vermicelli is done, pour off all except 1/4 of the water.
Stir in the browned meat and add the tomatoes.
Heat through and serve.
